Situated 50 kilometers north of Perth, Yanchep is dominated by the Indian Ocean to the West and Yanchep National Park to the east. Our Mediterranean  climate is influenced by warm ocean current off-shore which means that we have 300 days of sunshine per year. Warm and dry summers alternate with mild  winters. In Summer, our average daily max is around 30 degrees.  A refreshing seabreaze, known as the Fremantle Doctor, keeps it nice and comfortable.
